Submit an article, concern, or other comment.
It is not necessary to give your name when submitting to this site. No names, e-mail addresses or other personal information will ever be posted here unless specifically requested to do so by the person making the submission.

Submitting Articles: If you would like to submit an article to the OTC Reports for inclusion on this web site, E-Mail the Author with the words "Article submission" in the subject line of your message. All articles submitted will simply be copied and pasted as they are received. If you expect to be taken seriously, spell check your article and be sure of your use of the English language with regards to punctuation. The web site's author is not responsible for correcting errors or attempting to present an educated opinion for you. The author will attempt to place your submission(s) into web page format as much as possible, but it is up to you to make sentences, paragraphs and punctuation as clear as possible when submitting your article.

Submitting Concerns: You may rest assured that members of the Tribal Council will see your opinions and concerns if posted on this site. The author intends this site to be a major thorn in the side of the present Council by making the opinions and legitimate concerns of the Osage people publicly known to them. All concerns regarding the Osage Nation, Osage Tribal members, as well as, Osage non-Tribal members are welcome here and you are encouraged to participate. No repercussions will come from posting on this web site. Your submissions are always treated as "anonymous". E-Mail the Author with the words "Concerns submission" in the subject line of your message to submit a Concern.

RULES FOR SUBMITTING ARTICLES, CONCERNS, OR COMMENTS

Articles, Concerns, and Comments that do not adhere to the guidelines below will be refused posting to this web site.

. Direct attacks made toward the character or abilities of individual Tribal Council member, or any other person, company, or entity associated and/or doing business with the 31st Tribal Council will not be posted and need not be submitted.
. Profanity will not be allowed. Please refrain from its use. The author of this site will not edit any Article, Concern or Comment for deletion of profane or inflammatory language. If it is found in your submission, posting of the submission will simply be refused.
. The ultimate decision to allow or refuse any submission made to the OTC Reports remain entirely with the owner/author of this site.
. The statements and conditions listed above made in regards to posting Articles, Concerns, and/or Comments on this web site are steadfast and non-negotiable.
